MANO URJA

“MANO URJA” – ENERGIES OF MIND/BRAIN SYSTEM

Desires in human are inherent. Should we block our desire? Should we try to fulfill all desires? Desires are responsible for activity, creation, making and running of society .
But the moot question is where do these desires spring forth from? “man”, not man as in men-women but “man” in hindi, is the centre from where all desires sprout. This “man” and “buddhi” together are responsible for myriad creativity in the world. This “man” is not any part of human brain or mind. Rather “man” is a symbolic representation of the system all the thoughts and thought-forms forming in the mind/brain system.
Prakriti has made this system thus with the purpose of arrangements for a being to live life.
“man” is the process through which a human-being engages in activity, imagining and thinking about progress and planning variously in life.
Rishis after deep meditations, research and experiments, study and experiences on “man” realized that desires of “man” has potential to be amazingly out of the known world. The infinite energy or shakti that we have inside us, the shakti in “man” which is the “pranas chetana” is always in motion. Every moment a human being is having some thought or other, whether it is day or night. Even during sleep one gets in dreams. “man” never rests. But when the Rishis researched, they realized that if “man” is controlled, thought process curbed by concentrated efforts of meditation and thereafter using the resultant accumulated energy unused by “man”, then that energy can be put to amazing usage.
Prakriti is ever-transforming, and thus human being too want to keep transforming into a direction deemed as progress. This progress and the idea of what progress constitute entirely depends on this faculty of mind/brain called “man”.
Ordinary folks are unaware of this energy of “man” called as “mano urja“.  If one knows this energy and can gain control over it, then a lot of things in life can be controlled. An ordinary man becomes super man only by knowing and controlling tihs energy reservoir of “man”.
But controlling “man” is as difficult as trying to control the sky or trying to hold air in fist.
When a child grows up to be a super man or “Maha Manav”, what essentially changes in that child is the state of mind, “man” and the energies of “man”. If someone can gain control over “man” then one can become successful in any endeavor one undertakes.
One should do a simple experiment. , one should try to walk on it. Is it possible for anybody to do it? Ofcourse not. After repititive attempted failure, after practice when energy of “man” gets under control then one can walk on it easily.

Like this divine energy is required in all fields of life.
Only by concentrated efforts by channellising the energy of “man” properly, one can achieve success in any task.
Atheists in Kaulantak Peeth believes in doing repeated practice. Doing Hatha Yoga, attempting various challenges to push through the known limits like climbing moutains, trees, standing on one foot, doing tapa, standing naked in freezing cold and other extremities; idea being to overcome one’s own limitations. To control the energies of “man”.
By doing mantra jaap, and concentrating all energies at one point is a way to gain control over the energies of “man”. By doing meditation and concentrating at agya chakra point also does the same work of unifying all diverse energies of “man”. Positive thinking, manifesting (dharna) and such experiments also help in succeeding in controlling this scattered energies of “man”.
A yogi lives alone in forest and in wilderness while some people are afraid to get up to go to toilent in the dark of night. This is only because yogi has control over energies of “man”.
Through sattvic pure tendencies, through courageous and righteous means, slowly this energies of “man” is accumulated and used to become grand personality.
The only key to success is never to loose motivation. Because that would scatter and dissipate the energies of “man”.
This energies of “man” is so strong and deep that it can even work towards awakening the Kula-Kundalini Shakti.
Controlling and channelling this reservoir of energies of “man” is not easy but with practice and detachment success is sure to come.
Quitting addiction, waking on path of truth, living life with purity, freeing oneself from inferiority complex, doing yoga, meditation, mantra chanting and othe such experiments, keeping positive company will help accumulate this energy and one will slowly get control over it. And obviously if one doesn’t do the aforementioed, this energy slowly gets dissipated, and one becomes tired easily, lacks motivation, suffers from depresion, and invite anxiety, tension and failures in life.
