Sacred Sexuality

Tantra teaches how to transform sex into a great meditative art. This is Tantra's greatest contribution to humanity because it gives the key to transform the lowest to the highest. Instead of sex energy pulling you down into the mire of animality, sex energy can be raised upwards to a more loving experience  this same energy can give you wings.

Sex can be explained because it is part of physiology -ordinary, mundane.
Love cannot be explained  love can only be experienced because it is part of your inner mystery  miraculous.

Unless sexuality rises and reaches to love, it is mundane  there is nothing sacred about it.

Sex is sacred when it arises out of love and playfulness and not out of need.

Out of need you are always disconnected somehow. Out of need means there is motive, manipulation and goal.
When you are in need, you are in your woundedness and you exploit the other. Sex becomes a means to fill the empty places within. The other becomes an object, a way out of your pain.

Sacred sex has no goal and lovers are connected heart to heart, soul to soul. This loving energy guides the dance, there is nothing to do - just to be present in the moment.

Love can heal the wounds deep inside that keep you in a place of need. Loving Tantric connection creates a wholeness within and lovers are free to come together in divine celebration.

Sex in itself is a beautiful and natural phenomenon. Life exists through sex. If you understand life, if you love life, you will know sex is sacred. Then you will know that everything is to be celebrated, lived and loved. You will know that life is extraordinary.....

All of life is holy and all can be transformed from the lowest to the highest body to soul, physical to spiritual...sex to samadhi.

When your sex becomes love, then it is entering into a totally different dimensionthe dimension of the magical and mysterious. It is becoming sacred and the qualities of honor and reverence will emerge. You will see the God or Goddess before you and in yourself.

When you go deep into the mystery of sex and love arises  you will become a more loving and evolved being.
