HIS LIFE

Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem two thousand years ago. To the masses Jesus propounded a simple philosophy of faith, love, and forgiveness. He spoke often in parables, pregnant with timeless morals. But to his disciples he spoke deeper truths, truths that have their correspondence in the deepest metaphysical concepts of the more ancient Yoga philosophy as revealed in the little-understood chapter of Revelation in the Bible. When his disciples questioned Jesus, "Why speakest thou unto them in parables?" he answered, "Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. . Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

Jesus came, he said, not to destroy the law and the prophets but to fulfill them. When questioned as to the greatest commandment, he replied: ". . . thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength. To love God with this completeness is possible only through union with God, a state that can be attained by yoga meditation wherein one realizes the truth of Christ's words: "The kingdom of God is within you.

HIS Wisdom

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."Luke 17:21

Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." Luke 23:34

And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. Luke 12:29-31

Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? John 10:34

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.Matthew 24:35

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. The light of the body is the eye if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.Matthew 6:22
